Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vibe and Bass. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vibeandbass.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Open-box or used headphones (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@vibeandbass.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos for quality assurance.
